Sixty Inches From Center is a worker-led, nonhierarchical organization. Our board supports and reflects Sixty’s distributed leadership and decision-making style, which is where the board radically delegates significant and specific decision-making power to the staff of Sixty as a collective while maintaining a supportive role, providing strategic oversight, and giving guidance to the team in order to ensure the proper alignment of mission and values to the financial affairs of Sixty.
